I am awaiting the release of her album with great anticipation. She's definitely got great potential. Reading her blog she states that releasing Mowgli's Road as her first single on a major label was a conscious choice by her not to go for the obvious crowd pleasing track although she says that there are some of those on the album. It sounds like she's got a plan for herself and I really hope she makes it big in 2010.

Have to say that I'd love for her to re-release "I Am Not A Robot".

Yeah I got her EP 'The Crown Jewels' when it first came out, I think she's great.

A real talent emergine here IMO. Of course, it does help that she is bloody gorgeous! I'm guessing 'Robot' will be re-released somewhere down the line, maybe with a remix.

I think this is pretty mainstream and accessible and I can imagine hearing it on the radio. Imagine hearing I Am Not a Robot on the radio. That would be amazing. Anyway, she's a definite contender to top that Sound of 2010 list.
