Is Lily going to be the next singer-turned-tv-hostess with the mostest?

Smile singer Lily Allen hit our radios last summer and she's been in the spotlight ever since, but now some TV execs want a piece of her too! Apparently Lil has been in talks to present a new TV show on BBC3.

The show currently has a working title of Lily Allen and Friends and it will be based on the social networking scene that helped the LDN singer become popular.

In a statement Lily said: "I'm so excited that BBC3 are giving me this chance. It's something I intend to have lots of fun with and I have some great ideas for the show. Next year is going to be a brilliant year."

Viewers will be invited to become Lily's virtual friends and contribute to topical discussions, putting questions to guests and presenting parts of the show.

An invited audience will consist solely of Lily's online friends, who will have exclusive access to behind the scenes footage and can sign up to have highlights sent directly to their phones.

Earlier this year, Orange reported that Lily had the most popular MySpace site in London, based on the number of friends signed up to her site.

Lily Allen And Friends is set for a Spring 2008 broadcast., we can't wait!
