It takes more than a year, but I-PASS refund arrives
I-PASS customers whose accounts are in good standing and who happen to blow through a toll without their transponder don't have to pay a heavy fine. As long as the tollway can figure out what happened, drivers are only responsible for the cash price of the toll.
