Look at it this way, with all the foreclosures this kid could probably find some boarded up home, with acreage start growing and no one will notice. Washington is a trip.

Flavor of life.... I'm glad crazy stuff happens to rich people who can afford it (hooray insurance! for once).
I also hope he doesn't hurt anybody, or turn out to be really dangerous.
