The search to see what buyers can get for your money in New York City real estate continues. NY1's Jill Urban filed the following report on what you can get in the $900,000 range.

Our first stop this week brought us to a junior four on the corner of 65th and Park Avenue.

"This grand junior four is perched high above Park Avenue. We have a beautiful large private terrace, large enough for entertaining. The apartment has been painstakingly renovated from the ground up. It's got beautiful floors, a windowed kitchen, a beautifully renovated bathroom and a king size bedroom. All the closets are fitted with California Closets. It's a truly special residence," said Iman Bacodari of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The property is located in a full service building and is listed at $895,000 with a maintenance fee of $2,529 per month. It's been on the market for about five months.

Over in Long Island City, we found a loft-like one bedroom with skyline views in another full service building.

"We have a beautiful loft here with a private garden that's 1,400 square feet and Manhattan skyline views, gourmet kitchen with SubZero fridge, Viking cooktop, wine refrigerator. The master bath has marble slabs, six foot soaking tub and a stall shower and a double vanity, and you have private laundry as well," said Madeline Hult of Corcoran Real Estate.

The place is listed at $865,000 with common charges around $1,150. Taxes are $15 a month as part of a 17-year tax abatement. The apartment also includes a membership to the East Coast Club which includes a pool with retractable roof, health club, spa and other high end amenities.

Our last stop brought us to a contemporary split-level colonial in the beautiful Country Club section of the Bronx.

"This beautiful home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, beautiful living room with dining room, fire place. Also a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, the master suite has a Jacuzzi hot tub with its own fireplace. Downstairs has a beautiful room for children to play or to entertain," said Mary Ann Giacobbe of Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate.

There is also a small backyard and a side patio. The house is listed at $899,000 with taxes running about $6,000 a year. Since it's part of a development, there is a common charge of $230 per month, which includes water and all external maintenance. It's been on the market for about five months.
