Moderated by NY1 political anchor Dominic Carter, the debate will include panelists from WNYC Radio, the New York Daily News, NY1, and NY1 Noticias.

The debate – to be held on Oct. 13th at the historic museum – will feature NY1’s trademark lightning round where the candidates will only be allowed to answer “yes” or “no” to a question.

The debate, sanctioned by the city’s Campaign Finance Board, is also cosponsored by Citizens Union and Time Warner Cable.

The mayor has also agreed to a second Campaign Finance Board debate on Oct. 27th, which will be sponsored by WABC-TV.
