Unlike tomatoes, which suffered from cool, wet weather in many parts of the country, corn has had a strong summer. Take advantage of the harvest with these five recipes: blueberry cornmeal cake, Mexican corn chowder, bourbon-spiked creamed corn, curried peas and corn, and a jalapeno-corn casserole.
