What kind of information do we hold and what do we do with it?
We only collect information about you, from you. The kind of information we might collect from you consists of name, address, age, gender and any views that you may have expressed in response to a questionnaire that you may have been asked to complete by us or when returning your registration card to claim your Welcome Pack or in a competition run by us or by some other method. You will be informed as to why we need your information at the time it was collected from you. Your personal information will be used to send marketing information and other information about PlayStation goods and services where we understand you are happy to do so. If you would like the details we currently hold concerning you amended or if you no longer wish to receive our information about PlayStation goods and services, please contact us by sending you request via e-mail to dpo@scee.com. We will then ensure that your request is met.

Linked sites
Occasionally our site may contain links to other sites that are not managed by SCEE. We always seek to make sure that these links are clear to you when you leave our site. We do try to make sure that linked sites maintain the same high standards in respect to personal privacy as we do, however we cannot accept responsibility for any information you may choose to divulge to non SCEE linked sites.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files which a website transfers to your computer to record your on-line activity. SCEE.com cookies are not used to record any confidential or personal information, but are used to store session data which will personalise your experience when visiting the site. SCEE are not responsible for information the third party may gain about you when visiting their sites.

SCEE seek to take all reasonable security measures to safeguard against risks of loss, unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure to any personal information you have disclosed to us.

Children and Minors
We are committed to addressing parents concerns about the use of their children's personal information. Where we have reason to believe a consumer is under 13 years of age, we will seek the consent of the parent or guardian prior to the processing of the personal information.

Under current Data Protection legislation you are entitled to know what personal information an organisation holds about you and how that information is processed.
