Not long ago, Lisa Himmel was in the midst of a battle with anorexia and bulimia. Her mother, Sheila Himmel, an award-winning food writer, was struggling for help and answers. The irony, hard to miss, is a theme running through their just-published collaboration, "Hungry: A Mother and Daughter Fight Anorexia."
