Q: How can I remove or update my listing on AllBusiness.com?
A: Please contact D&B; at 888-814-1435, or visit https://eupdate.dnb.com/, or send an email to eupdate@dnb.com.


Forms FAQs

Q: I ordered a form and want to download it. How do I do this?
A: When you place an order for forms, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided at time of purchase. This e-mail will include links that will direct you to the download page. Please click those links to begin your download.

Q: Why can’t I find my confirmation e-mail?
A: Please check your junk e-mail and spam folders since the e-mail will occasionally be routed there by individual e-mail servers. If you still cannot find your form, please e-mail Forms@AllBusiness.com and indicate “Confirmation E-mail” in the subject line.

Q: I am not 100% satisfied. How do I get a refund?
A: For refund requests, kindly e-mail Forms@AllBusiness.com and indicate “Refund” in the subject line. Please include your 5 digit invoice number, date and amount of purchase, and first and last name.  

Q: I have found several similar forms on your Web site. Which one should I use?
A:  E-mail your questions to Forms@AllBusiness.com and indicate “Forms Question” in the subject line. The more information you provide about your situation, the better we'll be able to assess which product will fit your needs.

Q: I have received the confirmation e-mail but cannot get the download to start. What now?
A: First, please ensure you have the correct program to run the format of the file (this is indicated on the page where you purchased the item – most of our forms are .doc or .pdf files). If your computer is updated and you still aren’t able to download your forms, please e-mail Forms@AllBusiness.com and indicate “Download Problem” in the subject line.

Q: I see a charge from you on my credit card but am unsure what this is for. Can you tell me?
A: Absolutely. Please e-mail Forms@AllBusiness.com and indicate “Billing” in the subject line.  Include the date of charge, amount of charge, and your first and last name.  We will answer your query within 2 business days.
