08/06/200911:46After reading the Novosti story "N.Korea prepares ballistic test, boosts military on west coast," I became very alarmed. Let all nations work together to counter this dangerous North Korean threat. America has been most lax in this regard: they have wasted much time. The Americans could have supplied the South Koreans, Taiwan and Japan with their own ballistic missiles and nuclear warheads; also, America could have had Patriot ABM batteries installed to help neutralize any threat posed by these unstable and crazy North Korean leaders.

US has a version of their most powerful 'floating' XBand Radar, that is in dock in Hawaii for maintenance, showing signs of overall rot, dysfunction attributed to salt and fresh water.Requires 'continuous' maintenance, not cost effective. No longevity. Learn by example.Do not make same costly mistakes!
