Basically, if we are increasingly more reliant on building long-term genuine relationships with our customers, we’re also more reliant on building long-term genuine relationships with our employees, vendors, and agency partners. There is simply no way around this fact.
Howdy, Thanks for appreciating the humor, and yes, I do find Twitter useful for some things. Example: posting requests for help with our research. For you, posting what you're thinking about. I think the real curiosity of Twitter is recognizing that person1 follows person2 because person1 receives some value from doing so. Recognize that value and how it's generated, measured, etc., and you'll understand how to monetize Twitter (and we're available for consulting as it's kind of obvious to us). Thanks again for commenting. - Joseph ...
This is the funny side of Twitter but I am sure judging from all the gurus wanting me to follow them, there must be some truth in Twitter usefulness. I don't know how they do profit from it though. Because twitting for me is useful only for letting people who follow me know what I am thinking about.

Howdy and thanks for reading and commenting. Yes, you've described it accurately (from my experience, anyway). You also make note (intentionally or otherwise) of that grouping thing I mentioned towards the end of the post. It's not important to get "everybody"'s attention. Often doing so is counterproductive. It's only important to get the "right" people's attention. Again, thanks for reading and commenting. - Joseph ...
Reading your post, and following our Skype conversation, a picture of medieval time storytellers or town yellers emerge. Everyone trying to get a share of attention from the "populace", but nobody really taking care, except to catch a rare valuable information within all the noise and the gossip, and no way to be sure it's the truth. And the yeller moves on and is happy he had dozens, hundreds, thousands of people to tell his story to, even though only a few really cared.
I am amazed how many folks still don?t realize that you don?t need to pay thousands of dollars anymore for a business solution that can help you do more with less. We all have been using online solutions such as hotmail and gmail for ages now ? do you know that you can do the same with an affordable online solution for your business ? track your contact, SALES, marketing and customer service issues all in one place and all online ? no software, no hardware, no IT person ? just log in from any internet connection and you have access to your information. You can also try it for free. You can learn more at http://www.SuradoCRM.com/ondemandcrm ...
