RAISING HELL: On Hollywood Recycling

RAISING HELLI recently read a blog post titled "Hollywood Recycling" on another site complaining (yet again) about how Hollywood is devoid of ideas, inspired by the "discovery" of yet another list of remakes.


It seems that the same arguments are being repeated, "recycled" and "remade" so often on various blogs, podcasts and other websites that people actually believe these things to be true.

It's True - There Really Is Nothing New In Horror

I recently read something that I believe will resonate with more than a few people, based upon what appears to be the prevailing opinion regarding Hollywood's output during the last decade (or two).

"The movies have been so rank the last couple of years that when I see people lining up to buy tickets I sometimes think that the movies aren’t drawing an audience — they’re inheriting an audience.
