WOH CHICAGO: DON'T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT remake news

Weekend of HorrorsIndie director Alan Rowe Kelly has been in touch with FANGO during this weekend’s Chicago convention to speak about his remake of 1973’s infamous “video nasty” DON’T LOOK IN THE BASEMENT. “We are hoping to get it all off the ground at the end of the year,” states Kelly – who admits to being a big fan of the original movie.

WildClaw Theatre to perform at Chicago Fango con

wohthumbnewsWildClaw Theatre, Chicago’s leading horror stage troupe, will bring their brand of terror and the supernatural to the fast-approaching Chicago edition of FANGORIA’s Weekend of Horrors, to be held March 6-8 at the Wyndham Chicago O’Hare Hotel (6810 North Mannheim Road, Rosemont, IL). On Sunday of the event, the local horror theater stalwarts will discuss their previous shows, screen clips of their most outlandish work, answer questions, talk about their upcoming Zombie Bowling and zombie play, THE REVENANTS, then close out the convention with a round of “Scary-aoke,” where the audience will have the opportunity to act out scenes from their favorite horror flicks.

First look: Chicago Fango con film schedule
