There are some wonderful war stories about First Call - but one of them was that Goldman Sachs was sending a little bit of its information electronically to its customer base, and anything that Goldman Sachs does everybody believes is what they should be doing. So, in a sense Goldman seeded the idea inside a number of other firms, and these other firms said, "Well, we don't know how to do that, but if Goldman's doing it, we ought to be thinking about it. Who do we know that could do it?" So, they called me in, and I was ... somehow or other I figured how to herd the cats - because these are very competitive firms with one another - and I was able to somehow or other put a structure together that kept everybody working in a sort of a concentrated manner to create a consortium, if you will, consortium, I should say, focused on how to create a one-stop shopping product. So, in a way, Wall Street came to me with the idea, and in a way it was fortuitous that I was in that marketplace at the time. That's sometimes how things actually do happen.
