MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS
SAFETY: For bleed ads there should be no text within 1/4" of trim. All files should be sent MAC formatted. All high resolution scans, fonts and a Quark document of the artwork should be sent with a high resolution PDF. Applications and formats must be indicated. Files should not be RGB nor contain Spot Colors nor have a resolution of 72 dpi. Images at 72 dpi are low resolution and will print poorly. We strongly suggest files to be at least 300 dpi.
We accept the following software: Quark 7, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3. We DO NOT accept InDesign or Pagemaker.

Do not send .SEA (self extracting) files. After consulting with you R&R sales rep., email compresssed file and complete documentation to: faxads@radioandrecords.com and your sales rep. | | CONFIRM THE AD | Regardless of how the ad is sent, please call your R&R Account Executive and fax a copy of your ad to the A.E. The only way the A.E. can traffic the ad and ensure its accuracy is if you fax a hard copy. Without it R&R cannot process your electronic file.
