Chronicles of a Serial Killer- Part Seven

shannon_lark_pt_3Preparing for FANGORIA’S WEEKEND OF HORRORS in Chicago has definitely taken over my life. I just came back from vacation (read my last entry), and expected a bit of a rush on these urgent matters. However, I never expected that this song and dance have such a tremendous impact on who I kill, what I eat, and even the music I listen to.

Chronicles of a Serial Killer- Part Six

This past week I was feeling a bit stagnant. Boredom is a nasty little virus that will eat all your creativity away if you let it. If you don’t feel inspired by killing people, there really might be something wrong with you and it could ruin everything.

Chronicles of a Serial Killer- Part Five

When the dead rot, it stinks.  I’m not saying that decaying flesh smells “slightly bad.” This is a terrible smell: one that can keep you awake at night. Sure, formaldehyde works, but Christ, that shit stinks too.  If you use the stuff, you are pretty much guaranteed to start smelling like a grave. I’m all for rolling around in arterial slime, but I also like Sunflowers perfume and that sweet sugar cookie body oil.

Chronicles of a Serial Killer- Part Four

Sitting on my thrown with my thinking cap on is one of my favorite pastimes. This is my official “alone time.” I don’t want to be bothered or have any noise disturbances of any kind. Chronicles of a Serial Killer- Part Two

Knives, ice picks, axes, pitchforks, letter openers, rope, plastic bags, spoons, and even safety pins can be great weapons. A weapon can be made out of anything (as well it should!) that can be found within a one foot radius. Regardless of any tool you pick up with your hands, the most powerful weapon of all is your mind.
That being said, I still whole heartedly believe that every woman should own a chainsaw.

Chronicles of a Serial Killer- Part One

Getting through the Holidays is tough on everyone. The grueling lines at the supermarket, the urgent lack of parking spaces when you badly need to urinate, and of course that damn bird that always comes out dry, burned, and way too salty (at least mine do).

But the winter days don’t need to be full of frustration. It can be a blessing in disguise, and relief can be offered in one beautiful motion. The next time some inconsiderate bully takes your parking space follow him home, smash the circuit box, and kill his entire family with the tire iron you found in his Jaguar.

That will teach him.
