  News > Please Read: U.s. And Canada Pre-sell And Collector’s Edition Owners

There are a lot of questions about unlocking the M1A1 Combat Assault Rifle (if you pre-ordered CoD: WW), unlocking the FG42 and the week of Double XP (if you're a Collector's Edition owner). Read on for an FAQ that'll get you back on the battlefield!

Pre-sell M1A1 Combat Assault Rifle:
Keep in mind that pre-sell codes are limited in quantity and are available only while supplies last.

Once you have your code (CallOfDuty.com is NOT responsible for distributing Pre-sell and Collector’s Edition codes), follow the steps below:

Xbox 360

1. Receive your Xbox Live® Marketplace Token and write it down. You will not be able to download your upgrade without it
2. Log into Xbox Live with your gamer profile
3. Access Xbox Live Marketplace through the Xbox 360TM Dashboard
4. Click Redeem Code
5. Enter your Xbox Live Marketplace Token when prompted
6. Start a multiplayer match and select "Rifleman" class to use your M1A1

Note: Canceling the download or turning off your Xbox 360 during the download will permanently void the token!

PS3

1. Connect your PS3 to your broadband connection.
2. Register for a PLAYSTATION® Network account (For more information go to www.playstation.com).
3. Sign in to your PLAYSTATION® Network account on your PS3 console.
4. Once signed in, select "Account Management".
5. From the Account Management screen, select "Redeem Codes".
6. In the new screen that opens, enter your 12 digit voucher code, and then select "Continue".
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem voucher content and download content from the final screen of the redemption process
8. Start a multiplayer match and select "Rifleman" class to use your M1A1

PC

1. After successfully installing Call of Duty: World at War, go to the Extras menu
2. From the Extras menu, input your pre-sell code provided to you
3. Start a multiplayer match and select "Rifleman" class to use your M1A1

Limited Collector's Edition Owners:
If you purchased a Limited Collector's Edition on Xbox 360 and PC (there are no other Collector's Editions on other platforms), you will have access to the FG42, as well as a week of Double XP and the ability to use a colored clan tag. Please refer to the insert in your copy of CoD: WW LCE for more information.

PC Users: Simply enter in your registration code on the back of your manual when installing the gameand the FG42 will show up as a class option in multiplayer. You do not need to go to the Limited Collector's Edition redemption site. Start a multiplayer match and select "Heavy Gunner" class to use your FG42.

Xbox 360 Owners: You will find an insert in your Limited Collector's Edition copy of CoD: WW with a twenty-digit code that will give you access to the Limited Collector's Edition redemption site: http://codwwcollector.callofduty.com/. Once you've successfully logged on to the site, provide your email address and you'll be given your code instantly, as well as an email with your Xbox 360 code.

4. Click Redeem Code

Double XP:  Starting at 12 noon (Pacific Standard Time, 20:00 UTC) on Friday, December 5th, Limited Collector’s Edition owners on PC and 360 will be able to earn double experience points when playing Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer! Access to the Double XP “Officer’s Club” playlists will require Xbox 360 Limited Collector’s Edition owners to have successfully activated their copies of Call of Duty: World at War. Owners will see the “Officer’s Club” show up in the player match playlists screen. For PC Limited Collector’s Edition owners, they can simply join any server during the Double XP week and be rewarded with twice the experience.

This promotional Double XP week will end on 11:59a.m. (19:59 UTC) on Friday, December 12th.

Colored Clan Tag: To use the colored clan tag, you'll first need to rank up to level 11 to unlock the clan tag feature. Then go to the "Barracks" menu and go to "Clan Tag." When you create your clan tag, it will automatically be colored gold.
