    Ozzy Osbourne:

Ozzy Osbourne's Grammy Award-winning career has spanned four decades and his music is as relevant now as ever. On any given day you can hear his music blasting at sporting events, in movies, on the radio, in TV commercials and in video games.

Osbourne is not only a legend and an icon, but also a pioneer in his musical genre. He has helped open the door for countless bands, giving them their big break by taking them on tour or including them in Ozzfest, his annual day-long metal festival now in its 13th year. Osbourne also opened the door for celebrities to have their own reality TV shows (although he doesn't necessarily want to take credit for that).

Always an innovator, Osbourne was the first frontman to leave a hugely successful band and have equal or greater success as a solo artist. He was the first to have his own hard rock/metal touring festival and was the first to have a reality television program.

In February 1970, Osbourne released his first record with Black Sabbath, which went platinum that same year in both the U.K. and the U.S. Before leaving the band in 1979 to forge a solo career, Osbourne released 10 records with Black Sabbath, sold over 50 million records worldwide and embarked upon several world tours performing to legions of fans around the globe.

The 1980s saw Osbourne release his first solo record, "Blizzard of Ozz," which quickly went multi-platinum. He went on to release seven other records throughout the decade, with each one selling well over 2 million copies. During the 1990s, Osbourne released five multi-platinum records and won his first Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance for "I Don't Want to Change the World." In 2000, Osbourne won his second Grammy for Best Metal Performance for Black Sabbath's "Iron Man."

Osbourne performed at the US Festival in 1983; at Live Aid, the legendary benefit concert for world hunger, in 1985; and at the Moscow Peace Festival, the first major rock concert in the U.S.S.R. by Western artists, in 1989. In 1996, Osbourne and his wife/manager Sharon launched Ozzfest, the first national music festival dedicated to celebrating hard rock music and new artists. Osbourne and Black Sabbath headlined Ozzfest 2001 with more than one million fans attending 32 sold-out dates.

A full-length Ozzfest documentary, "We Sold Our Souls for Rock 'n' Roll," directed by Penelope Spheeris, premiered at the 2001 Sundance Film Festival. Osbourne's additional film credits include "Austin Powers Goldmember" starring Mike Myers and "Little Nicky" starring Adam Sandler, for which he received an MTV Movie Awards nomination for "Best Cameo."

In 2002, the Emmy Award-winning celebrity reality series "The Osbournes" debuted on MTV to a record-breaking audience. The series was a critical success and created lots of buzz around the Osbourne family. Later that year, Osbourne received his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2006, he and Black Sabbath were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Osbourne has dined with President George W. Bush, performed for Queen Elizabeth and hosted the "2003 American Music Awards."

In May 2007, Osbourne released "Black Rain," his first album with new studio material in six years. The album entered the Billboard charts at No. 3, selling over 150,000 copies in the U.S. and more than one million copies worldwide. The album's first single, "I Don't Wanna Stop," has become the biggest song of Osbourne's career, spending 20 weeks at No. 1, garnering a Grammy nomination in the "Best Hard Rock Performance" category and serving as the lead track from "Madden NFL '08."

Osbourne is working on a new studio album set for release in 2009. He and his family live in London and Los Angeles.

    Sharon Osbourne:
Sharon Osbourne is a 21st century "housewife superstar" who is all about female empowerment. She makes it a point to never take no for answer, to never take any of life's mess lying down and to never ever let anything stand in her way. Sharon likes to say she's "lived 50 lives in 50 years," and that sounds like a fairly conservative estimate.

The Sharon Osbourne the world now knows is the one made famous by TV, but it's also the sum of many other parts, parts that were constructed on the shop floor of a music business. Sharon was a mere 15 years old when she began her career as a receptionist for her father, Don Arden, a successful talent manager.

It was while working for her father that she first met seminal rock band Black Sabbath and their lead singer, John Michael Osbourne, known to one and all as "Ozzy." Sharon and Ozzy's paths crossed off and on over the ensuing years, and in 1979, she began managing Ozzy's career after he'd parted ways with Black Sabbath. Sharon and Ozzy found they were a match both professionally and romantically. The couple married in July 1982, and had three children: Aimee, Kelly and Jack.

Sharon has always believed in Ozzy's talent and over the past 25 years, she has served as the mastermind behind his truly unique career. Sharon and Ozzy formed Ozzfest in 1996, which has become the essential occasion of any summer of rock. She formed her own international company, Sharon Osbourne Management; created two record labels; became a concert tour producer; film producer and five-day-a-week talk show host; and started a charity - all while raising a family.

It was her family and their day-to-day lives that created a pivotal moment in modern television history. "The Osbournes," starring Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack, premiered in 2002 and became and instant success, winning an Emmy for Best Reality Show. Soon Sharon and her clan were grabbing national media attention and gracing the covers of Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, TV Guide and People.

In July 2002, Sharon was diagnosed with colon cancer, and spent the rest of the year coming to grips with her own mortality, ravaged by chemotherapy and the accompanying sickness. Her decision to let the MTV cameras document her illness for the second season of "The Osbournes" was an opportunity to bring public awareness to the disease.

Fully recovered, she started the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program with the mission of providing free screenings and health care to those who can't afford it. Sharon has also lent her support of other charities as well as including the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and the Elton John AIDS Foundation. She recently appeared on the television event "Stand Up 2 Cancer," a commercial-free, primetime special to raise funds to fight cancer.

In 2004, Sharon joined forces with AMERICAN IDOL's Simon Cowell and signed on to be a judge on the No. 1 British talent show, "X Factor." Later that year, she was finally able to attend the Woman of the Year Awards in London to collect the award she'd won two years earlier but had been too ill to receive.

Sharon's autobiography, "Extreme," was released in September 2005 and showcased the voice and life story of one of the most resilient and multi-faceted figures in the public eye. The book sold over 2 million copies in the U.K., and won "Biography of the Year" at the 2006 British Book Awards.

In summer 2007, Sharon was asked to be a judge on "America's Got Talent," the reality-competition series. The Osbournes hosted the Brit Awards in February 2008, and this past fall, Sharon was seen as the headmistress on "Rock of Love Charm School."

She lives in London and Los Angeles.

  • Kelly Osbourne - Host

    Kelly Osbourne:

Since her debut at age 15 in the Emmy Award-winning TV series, "The Osbournes," Kelly Osbourne has gone on to achieve success in not only television, but also radio, musical theater and fashion. Kelly continues to set new challenges for herself with projects that include a cameo in a BBC drama, a film role and a reunion with her family for OSBOURNES: RELOADED.

In September 2007, Kelly made her London theater debut - and history - by becoming the youngest person ever to play the role of "Mama Morton" in the hit musical "Chicago," which earned her a Woman of the Year Award as voted by the readers of Glamour magazine. Kelly hosted the popular British fashion show "Project Catwalk," in addition to "Turning Japanese," "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here...Now!" and "The BRIT Awards 2008.

"After making her debut as an actress with a starring role in the teen drama "Life As We Know It" in October 2004, Kelly went on to play the role of "Wendy from Peter Pan" in "The Queen's Handbag" in 2006 and provided a voice for the animated film "Live Freaky Die Freaky." She returned to acting this past summer when she starred in the short musical film, "The Town That Boars Me," by photographer Ben Charles Edwards, and has since made an appearance on the successful BBC show "Hotel Babylon."

Kelly joined the award-winning Radio 1 team in October 2007 for the Sunday night show "The Surgery," offering advice to teenagers. She has earned recognition for her participation in the show and launched her own "agony sister" column in the British newspaper The Sun. Kelly considers being an Ambassador for the Prince's Trust one of her greatest achievements, and says "it's an "honor to be asked to help give the young people of Britain a second chance."

At a young age, Kelly became a successful recording artist in Europe and Asia, with her first single "Papa Don't Preach." Kelly's debut album "Shut Up," was released in 2002, and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart. Kelly had a No. 1 hit on the British charts with "Changes," a duet she sang with her father. She followed her debut album in 2005 with "Sleeping in the Nothing," which included the highly successful single "One Word."

As well as her ongoing support for her mother's charity, The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Programme, Kelly has also worked with the Jeans for Genes campaign, which helps children affected by genetic disorders.

She lives in London and Los Angeles.

  • Jack Osbourne - Host

    Jack OsbourneView Bio
    Bio image Jack Osbourne

    Jack Osbourne:
The Jack Osbourne of today is not the Jack Osbourne that was first seen on TV in 2001 along with his family in the Emmy Award-winning reality series "The Osbournes." No longer a teenager dependent on alcohol and drugs, struggling to cope with the pressures of worldwide fame, he is now a sober and engaging young man with a new lease on life.

If reality TV first introduced Jack to the world, then reality TV seems to have offered Jack an opportunity to mature. While taking part in "Extreme Celebrity Detox," Jack overcame his childhood fear of heights and found a new passion in extreme sports. Since then, Jack has traveled the globe for four seasons conquering the world's most challenging sports for his TV series, "Adrenaline Junkie." Since starting the show, Jack has run with the bulls in Spain, climbed sea cliffs without ropes or harnesses, fought and defeated a Thai martial arts expert and placed second in Kelly Slater's Celebrity Surf Invitational. His biggest accomplishment so far was conquering El Capitan Mountain in Yosemite, CA. This feat took Jack months of training and two days to complete. Never one to shy away from danger, Jack has found his perfect match in extreme sports.

Additional film and TV credits include "Dawson's Creek," "That ‘70s Show," "Austin Powers: Goldmember" and "New York Minute." Since "The Osbournes" finished, Jack has also turned his hand to TV presenting and has co- hosted, among other shows, the MTV Europe Music Awards in Rome.

In his autobiography, "21 Years Gone," released in October 2006, Jack is brutally frank about his life so far: the highs, the lows, his descent into addiction, how he got his life back on track and his newfound passion for extreme sports.

He lives in London and Los Angeles.
