Wait a second. We've seen this before.

Over the years, we've noticed that game makers often draw inspiration other forms of media, comic books, novels, TV and especially movies. That inspiration sometimes gets a more direct translation, to the point we'll play a game and think, "Hey, I've seen this before!" Coincidence? We think not.

    . . . Marley and Me came out after Nintendogs, didn't it? wouldn't that mean that the game inspired the movie? And the only thing Ring like was the scary girl child, but at least in the Ring she doesn't get naked in the sequel, that kinda freaked me out more than the monsters

    Umm...for some of those, **** no. Metal Gear is in no way anything that might have been Rambo.
