The Library's collections at graduate level reflect the development and direction of research in the College over the years with extensive material covering the humanities; law; medicine; areas of natural sciences; engineering; mathematics; computer science and the social science. The newly opened Learning Resource Centre has 200 networked PCs and is open to students round the clock.
A new home for the Humanities and Social Sciences Graduate School is being created in the former Lock-keeper's Cottage by the Regent's Canal at Queen Mary's Mile End Campus. The newly refurbished building will include seminar, common room and kitchen facilities for staff and students, and three further open plan rooms for postgraduate study. The School of Laws building has also seen considerable investment in the renovation of its facilities. Reorganisation of the Arts Building and new research facilities for Drama, Film and Linguistics combined with these redevelopments will create an attractive and integrated Arts Quarter on campus.
At Queen Mary we offer a broad range of postgraduate opportunities.
