He is also a principal broker of RS&W Realty, Inc; and an owner of Island Spirit Yoga Studio and Sportswear in Lahaina, HI. Since 1995, Ruzicka has acted as General Counsel to Real Estate Owned Managers of California (REOMAC), the national trade organization of the non-performing asset industry. Additionally, Greg has donated significant time to the surrounding courts as a Judge Pro Tempore. His son Cole is a college student, aspiring model and musician.

Now, at 26 years old, Chahal is set to debut his third company, gwallet.com, and has written a memoir, titled "The Dream," to be released later this year.
