At Bird Watcher's Digest, we receive about 500 bird questions every year. As the editor of BWD, I have found the answers to many questions through trial and error. My 80-acre farm in southeastern Ohio hosts dozens of nesting birds every year, including eastern bluebirds, northern cardinals, various warblers, and numerous other species. We also provide a variety of foods and plenty of water during migrations and the cold northern winters. Over the years, we have found the answers to many common backyard questions. In addition to the rest of my family and my wife Julie Zickefoose, many of my birding friends are experts in different aspects of bird watching. Each of them have shared their expert birding advice and tips with Bird Watcher's Digest. These experts include Kenn Kaufman, David Bird (yes, that is his real name), Kevin Cook, and Jeff Gordon (not the NASCAR driver). Let the experts at Bird Watcher's Digest answer all your backyard questions. We invite you to sign up for our free monthly e-newsletter, BirdWire, so that we can share with you our knowledge of bird watching in the backyard and beyond. Sincerely, Bill Thompson, III FREE Sample Issues of BirdWirePlease note: Each sample issue contains previous examples of special offers and promotions.
