b) Another Tomb Raider rip off, or
c) Another old tired overly colourful platformer. Naughty Dog did Uncharted I think. But I'm gonna say none of the above. Got to give them props, they certainly have produced a good few games so far this generation. One slight quibble would be that they could maybe take a bit more time on their games rather than producing 1 a year (which is a sterling job).
I liked R2, but felt it could have done with a few months more polish and it could have been a great great game. I think they have made some quality games and resistance 1 & 2 i loved!
Uncharted was naughty dog. i think that they'll do some sort of resistance spinoff or a online multiplayer only resistance or gears of war rip off with over the gore and sex god of war style. Is this where I moan about these games being PS3 exclusive and accuse Insomniac of being Sonys bedfellows? I'm not entirely sure of the exact protocol... I think it was EPIC that made Gears, not imsomniac. :lol:
Anywayssss, I hope its another R&C game, tools of destruction is one of the best games this gen. Loved resistance 2 but dont think its worth a 3rd trip out.
Never understand why you lot get so bitchy at times about consoles. I thought Gears was Grey?! Unless they make it with the Killzone engine :shock: It is most likely a new Ratchet & Clank.
This is good news, as the last one on PS3 was underrated. Well, if you like that sort of thing that is.
I think people thought it was a kids game or soemthing, which was the same problem with Banjo Kazooie. Something new please, Insomniac. Thanks. I'm looking forward to it, Insomniac games haven't let me down on PS3 yet. Much like Blizzard really. I've heard that at the end of Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty there is a teaser mentioning a new title in the R&C series. Or was that just a dream?
However, I think that another R&C is a dead cert anyway, so this new game is probably a new IP. Yeah cos MS dont have enough bedfellows do they..... »
Yea, Gears was grey as I can remember. Guess he outsmarted himself there. But it was a nice try even though it failed. Good news for PS3 owners.
Now what about some announcements for 360, Microsoft?!? Or are we waiting until E3?? What?

...Halo OSD? Hey, I'd say both brands have a stack of respective exclusives, but it doesn't stop people whining about, in particular, Fallout 3 content. When I first saw references to Halo OSD I thought it was the soundtrack to the supposed film!
I need to see a bit more of Alan Wake before I can reach Stonecold's excitement levels though!
I'd like a really big, solid arcadey/action RPG. Fable 2 and going over bits of TP on the wii has given me a taste for them again. I'm thinking current gen games in the style of old games like Times of Lore, Soleil (was a bit of a zelda copy but still good and I didn;t have a SNES at that point!). I'm sure there are loads of old school games that could remade and probably be slightly different to the same old same old that we get alot of now.
Defender of the Crown anyone? Doesn't even have to be an exclusive! :shock:

Soleil was awesome! Thanks to Gens I still have it :) I never even got to finish it. I have an Amiga emulater on my PC but can't get the damn german thing working for love nor money! I think it was the first game I really got into before I got my Amiga. My memory is probably playing tricks, but I seem to remember the game was absolutely massive.
Mantis, I've got that too. I need to get my usb joypad back from my friend. Err... it's Halo ODST if you, y'know... wanna say it right.
Anyway, I agree, MS seem a little quiet on the new games front. Luckily there's not a lot to tempt me into getting a PS3 yet (other than Uncharted and LBP) so I'm saving my pennies for something really special.
Of course, MS did mention something about 'breaking the bank' at E3- so I'm still hopeful. Still got plenty of games to get through yet anhway- can't for the life of me get past mission 4 on halo wars though (legendary). My guess is Ratchet and Clank 7 as at the end of Quest for Booty there was a teaser vid plus "Fall 2009". My guess is, it is a game that is about not being able to sleep.

With added orangey bits and blue for Gears 2 While Resistance 1 is certainly rather brown, Resistance 2 is actually one of the most colourful FPS' I've seen in quite some time. Does no one remember who wrote Warhawk? Here's hoping for a brand spanking new Warhawk :D with even bigger multiplayer and hopefully an offline mode this time. :?: Why yes, yes I do: Incognito Entertainment.
