That's my guy: strong and fast! I'm not too fond of his explosive weapons though. I always feel like a noob when I use rocket launchers. I'd rather he have assault riffles.

I totally feel you on the 'team' experience but it's not worth having to put up with the annoying teenagers. Until you can set up private chat parties on PSN like on xblive the best remedy (if you are in a clan or have regular friends you play with) would be getting your friends to sign up with skype, purchase wireless headsets for your PCs/Macs and chat via that means. Sounds like more trouble than what it's worth, :D.
U can mute the 11 year olds
Just highlight the player press square and then select mute player.
U can also just join a squad because they have their own wireless channel
