As much as I love the series I think GT is going to deep into this, and I doubt the creators planned it all out in a timeline. They were simply updating old ideas with each new game and now when they're asked how the timeline goes they're kind of making it up as they go. That's what I think anyway.

But you gotta admit, it's pretty cool how you can fit each game into a certain spot in the timeline.

I disagree with that

If zelda had a timeline it would explain A LOT in the series
and it could also lead to an epic conclusion
