colors from tables and code sections not maintained

Description

Tables in HTML formatted sections is sent to the working file from wiki_to_html, but it's dropped by htmldoc. I think there is a way to preserve these sections (I have in the past with htmldoc).

Code formatted sections are not preserving their colorings from wiki_to_html, it would be nice to maintain all of the formatting all the way to the PDF document. If there is an option on wiki_to_html to preserve the code formatted html it should be possible to get that to the pdf.

Do you managed to use the plugin?

The function belongs to wiki_to_html TRAC's API!

The library HTMLDoc unable to convert the formats CSS for the PDF file. Only format simple HTML. Example:
