Bandai names CFO

CYPRESS, Calif.—Former Disney executive Paul Hausback has joined toymaker Bandai America as chief financial officer.
As CFO, Hausback will manage all financial and fiscal management aspects of the toymaker’s operations, including oversight of the company’s finance, operations, human resources, legal and business affairs, and information services groups.
Hausback reports directly to Bandai America CEO Masayuki Matsuo. He succeeds Kunio Ikoma, who has accepted a new position within the company as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning.
In 13 years at The Walt Disney Company, Hausback held various executive roles in finance and business operations for the company's consumer products, interactive gaming, internet, mobile and retail businesses. Earlier in his career Hausback worked for the international accounting firm Peat Marwick.
