Checklists can't be printed

Description

When I use a checklist in a ticket description or wiki page it doesn't get rendered when I print the page (using the web browser's print capability).

Fixed in r4018 (branch). Merged into trunk in r4019.

  • resolution set to fixed.

This was due to CSS class issues on the form (Trac removes all forms by default).
