Sports We'd Like To See In The Olympics

The Olympic Games are supposed to represent the entire world of human sports, as practiced by every civilization on the globe. That's all well and good, but when we look at the schedule for the upcoming Beijing games, we start to feel a little left out. Sure, there's some twenty bazillion track & field events, but where are the sports that we really care about? We got on the iPhone to the Olympic Committee to try and figure out whether we were just reading the program wrong but as it turns out, there are several major sports that are not represented in Olympic competition! This injustice cannot and will not stand, and so we are preparing a petition to the organizers to have the following eight events added to the Games as soon as possible - ideally tomorrow.
