When Vince McMahon bought WCW in 2001, many long-time wrestling fans were worried that the long tradition of the company would be lost, swept under the rug as Vince reinvented history to make him the one true ruler of sports entertainment. Some of those fears were merited, but in a welcome shot-out to history, Vince brought WCW's signature pay-per-view, the Great American Bash, back in 2004. We were very pleased, and with the fourth WWE Bash coming up, we've made one of our patented lists of the best moments in the show's history. Yes, we know it's already great by definition, but what we're giving you here is the Greatest of the Great - the matches, angles, and interviews that made the Bash the cornerstone of WCW's yearly schedule, as long as the best bits from the WWE's re-invention of it.
