Need Help with my XBOX360
I was playing the thing this morning, it was working fine, I just came in, and now it won't read any disc, DVDs or games. It just gives me the Open Tray Option, anybody know whats up or how to fix it?

Your disc drive probably died. Call 18004MYXBOX, and if it's still under the 1-year warranty they'll replace it. If not, it'll be under $100 bucks, at least.

I just bought the thing in Oct. They really die out that fast? Or am I just a special case?

I've only known one other person who had a problem with their disc drive. Normally hardware issues with the 360 are related to the chipset, but with any device, it's not unheard of to have something burn out even soon after retail purchase. Definitely call the number above, they should fix it for free.
