RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING                                                  
The directors of Milkworx are pleased to advise that at the general meeting of  
Milkworx shareholders held today, 12 February 2009, all the resolutions proposed
were approved by the requisite majority of votes.  The special resolutions have 
been lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration.                   
The predominant effects of the resolutions are that the R6 million investment   
into the company by a strategic investor who has subscribed for 266 666 667     
shares at 2.25 cents per share has been approved; R4 700 000 of loan accounts   
held by directors will be capitalised through the issue of 220 657 277 ordinary 
shares; and  the company has been authorised to repurchase and cancel a combined
total of 208 678 199 shares from the liquidators of South African Horticulture  
Technologies and the Trustees of the Insolvent Estate The Cruickshank Industrial
Trust, the repurchase and cancellation of which removes a substantial           
uncertainty with regard to control of the company.
