Howard M. Wasserman is assistant professor of law at Florida International University College of Law.

Wasserman, who previously taught at Florida State University College of Law, teaches and publishes in the areas of civil procedure, evidence, civil rights and free speech. He has published numerous scholarly articles, including pieces in the Cardozo, Emory, Tulane, and Kentucky law reviews and in the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
