Robert S. Peck is the president of the Center for Constitutional Litigation and an adjunct professor of law at American University and George Washington University.

Peck is the author of Libraries, The First Amendment and Cyberspace (ALA Editions, 2000) and The Bill of Rights and the Politics of Interpretation (West, 1992).
