The Arizona Cardinals have named their Week 3 inactives for their game in Washington. They are as follows: RB J.J. Arrington, WR Early Doucet, QB Brian St. Pierre (emergency QB), DB Oliver Celestin, TE Jerame Tuman, LB Ali Highsmith and DL Gabe Watson.

Arizona DL Darnell Dockett had five tackles Sunday at New England.

Veteran linebackers Brandon Moore, Matt Stewart, and Joe Tafoya were among the 22 players released by the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday, as the team pared its roster to the 53-player maximum. Also cut on Saturday were cornerback Michael Adams, cornerback Travarous Bain, defensive end Jason Banks, running back Steve Baylark, offensive lineman Kelly Butler, offensive lineman Peter Clifford, defensive tackle Keilen Dykes, linebacker Chris Harrington, offensive lineman Jasper Harvey, safety Dennis Keyes, wide receiver Lance Long, offensive lineman Carlton Medder, tight end Brent Miller, cornerback DeMario Minter, quarterback Anthony Morelli, wide receiver Jamaica Rector, center Pat Ross, tight end Alex Shor and running back Chris Vincent.

Cardinals WR Jerheme Urban caught four passes for 43 yards in Week 17 against Seattle, including a 16-yard touchdown catch. He had 34 catches for 448 yards and four touchdowns this season.

The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker Victor Hobson and released tight end Jerame Tuman on Wednesday. Hobson started the season with New England but was released at the end of training camp. He signed with the Cincinnati Bengals on Dec. 3 and played in two games before being released Dec. 16. Tuman, a 10-year NFL veteran, appeared in three games for Arizona, two as a starter, but has been inactive the last seven weeks. He caught three passes for 41 yards.

Cardinals LB Chike Okeafor, who hadn't recorded a sack since Oct. 12, picked up half of one Week 13 at Philadelphia. He finished with seven tackles, including six solo.

In the Cardinals' 27-23 loss to the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII, WR Anquan Boldin caught eight passes for 84 yards and showing hardly any effects of a hamstring strain that hobbled him in the club's past two playoff games.

The Cardinals listed the following players as inactive for Week 13 against Seattle: Brian St. Pierre (3rd QB), DL Matt Ware, DL Travis LaBoy, OL Elliot Vallejo, OL Brandon Keith, WR Anquan Boldin, DL Kenny Iwebema and DL Gabe Watson.

The Cardinals listed DL Travis LaBoy among their inactives for Saturday's Wild Card game against the Falcons. He missed practice all week with an ankle injury.

The Arizona Cardinals declared RB Diamond Ferri, LB Gerald Hayes, DL Jonathan Lewis, QB John Navarre, FB A.J. Schable and CB Robert Tate inactive for Week 15 at San Francisco.

Cardinals K Neil Rackers kicked the Cardinals to a 24-6 lead over the Eagles in Sunday's NFC Championship Game with a 49-yarder just before halftime. Rackers also converted on all three extra points he tried.

Cardinals starting TE Stephen Spach is out for the playoffs with a torn knee ligament. Spach tore his right anterior cruciate ligament while blocking in the second half of Saturday night's 33-13 victory over Carolina. He was signed as a free agent on Oct. 28 to shore up the injury-depleted position and became a starter against San Francisco on Nov. 10. His blocking helped the team's improved running game, and he had a game-clinching 23-yard catch on a third-and-16 situation late in Arizona's 30-24 wild-card victory over Atlanta.

In the Cardinals' 27-23 loss to the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII, QB Kurt Warner completed 31-of-43 passes for 377 yards with three touchdowns, an interception that was returned for a touchdown and a fumble that ended the game. With this performance, Warner now holds the top three marks for yards passing in a Super Bowl, previously throwing for 414 yards in 2000 against Tennessee and 365 yards against New England in 2002. But after the game, Warner was noncommittal on his future as he is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason. "I don't know if I'm going to play next year," he said. "I haven't thought about that. I'm going to enjoy what we just accomplished as a football team. I'm going to enjoy this year. I'm going to enjoy this great game that we just played in. And I'm going to take some time away from the game and then I'll make that decision."

In the Cardinals' 27-23 loss to the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII, WR Larry Fitzgerald was kept under wraps in the first three quarters before exploding in the fourth and setting a postseason record along the way. In the game, Fitzgerald caught seven passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns, one on a jump ball on a short pattern and the other on a long catch-and-run. His seven postseason touchdowns is an NFL record, and he has caught for over 100 yards in six straight games (Week 15 through the Super Bowl).

Arizona RB Tim Hightower was stymied by the Eagles' run defense in Sunday's NFC Championship Game, carrying the ball 11 times for only 33 yards. Edgerrin James got the bulk of the carries for the Cards in the game, with 16 carries for 72 yards. Hightower added a catch to his total for eight yards.

Cardinals DB Aaron Francisco started in place of the injured Adrian Wilson (hamstring) during a Week 4 loss to the Jets. He totaled nine tackles (eight solo) and one tackle for loss in the game.

Cardinals TE Stephen Spach, TE Leonard Pope and WR Sean Morey did not record an offensive statistic in Week 16 at New England.

Cardinals WR Onrea Jones, who was released last week, was re-signed to the Arizona practice squad on Wednesday to help cover for Anquan Boldin.

In the Cardinals' 27-23 loss to the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII, RB Edgerrin James was bottled up to 33 yards on nine carries and 28 yards on four catches.

The Cardinals inactives for Week 16 at New England include QB Brian St. Pierre (3rd), DE Travis LaBoy, DT Alan Branch and TE Jerame Tuman.

Cardinals DB Antrel Rolle scooped up a Matt Ryan fumble and returned it 27 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter of Saturday's Wild Card playoff game against the Falcons. He finished with three tackles, including two solo.

Cardinals signed DB Michael Adams before Week 13 at Philadelphia.

Cardinals LB Karlos Dansby led all Arizona defenders with eight tackles in a Week 2 win over the Dolphins. Also chipping in with nice games were DB Roderick Hood (six tackles), DB Adrian Wilson (four tackles, one for loss), DL Bertrand Berry (four tackles, sack) and DL Bryan Robinson (sack).

Cardinals WR Early Doucet had two catches for 11 yards Sunday at New England.

The Cardinals have re-signed tight end Jerame Tuman to replace injured Stephen Spach. The Cardinals placed Spach on injured reserve Tuesday because of a torn ligament in his right knee. The tight end had started both playoff games and was injured during the second half of Saturday night's 33-13 victory at Carolina. Tuman is a 10-year veteran who appeared in three games for the Cardinals before being released Dec. 24. The Cardinals have three tight ends on their roster. The other two, Leonard Pope and Ben Patrick, have been bothered by injuries.

Cardinals LB Karlos Dansby had 12 tackles and a sack Sunday at New England.

Cardinals TE Ben Patrick caught two passes for 16 yards in Week 15 against Minnesota. His longest catch went for 11 yards.

The Cardinals signed second-round pick Calais Campbell on Monday. Campbell, a defensive end out of Miami, signed a four-year deal. Terms weren't disclosed. The 6-foot-8, 280-pound Campbell was the 50th overall pick after skipping his senior season to come to the NFL. As a junior last season, he had 50 tackles, six sacks, 19 quarterback pressures, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and an interception.

Cardinals DL Antonio Smith sacked Falcons QB Matt Ryan in the end zone for a safety Saturday in a Wild Card playoff game at Arizona. He finished with three solo tackles.

Free-agent cornerback Ralph Brown re-signed with the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday, agreeing to a one-year deal. Brown played in all 16 games for Arizona last season, with 23 tackles - 17 solo - and one interception. The eight-year NFL veteran has also played for the New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns. Terms weren't disclosed.

The Cardinals allowed 396 yards of total offense and 35 points in Week 15 against Minnesota. Roderick Hood returned a field goal 68 yards for a touchdown and they forced one turnover in the game. Three different players each had one sack in the game.

Arizona LB Gerald Hayes had five tackles Sunday at New England.

Cardinals QB Kurt Warner threw four touchdown passes in Week 17 against Seattle. He completed 19-of-30 passes for 263 yards and was intercepted once. He was replaced late in the game by Matt Leinart, who completed 5-of-8 passes for 83 yards.

Cardinals TE Stephen Spach, TE Leonard Pope and WR Sean Morey did not record an offensive statistic in Week 16 at New England.

Cardinals LB Monty Beisel blocked a punt in overtime and returned it for a touchdown Week 6 against the Cowboys. He finished with just one tackle.

Cardinals DL Bertrand Berry recovered a fumble in a Week 9 win over the Rams. He did not record a tackle, however.

Cardinals DB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie intercepted a Rams QB Marc Bulger pass and took it 99 yards the other way for a touchdown that put the game completely out of reach.
