[360] - Cheese or No Cheese?

so i went through an ethics talk about Madden 09 w/ the number one guy on xbl. basically i was leading most of the game, with a team i suck with. but whatever. anyways he hb dive/fd dive glitches me, all 3rd and 4th qrt and kills the clock to one sec every play and wins the game. whatever i lose. no sweat. but my question is. he called my nano/overload a cheese, and so i stopped using it, only to get dive glitched the whole 2nd half. anyways i want to know from the madden community, the black and whites for cheesing. i dont see any grey area. either it is or it isnt. so heres a list of some that came to mind. just keep it simple. yes or no cheese?

1.all rc-ing
2.all nanos
3.hurry-up offense the whole game
4.hb direct snap
5.fl screen
6.fd dive/hb dive glitch
7.running the clock to one sec every play
8.1st half onside kicks
9.going for 2, everytime, no matter the situation.
10.going for it 4th down, regardless of down, distance and where the ball is.
