In Campus Legend, You Make It Where We Can Transfer Schools
Presentation needs a major overhaul, some sort of game day on location and possibly a halftime show to show some highlights from around the nation
I can live with the current presentation, a few additions here and there couldnt hurt tho. Id much rather have a create-a-school with D-1A uniform templates
I want them to add create a school again. I want them to change campus legend. I want the see the mascots head picks again. That would be awesome too, make sure to change around online and offline dynasty.
I would really love to see them make Campus legend more realistic in the whole five star prospect thing.You shouldn't already be in your senior year of high school and playing in the playoffs with scouts to notice you.I think you should have to work your way up the ESPN 250 prospect board by completing training in a camp like the elite 11 for qbs or something.Once you completed camp you could then visit interested schools and on signing day commit to one of those schools or walk-on to your school of choice.

How bout they improve everything drastically and call it a day:)
I mean a shooter like gow or restistance can touch almost all the levels of gameplay with improvements, so why can't a sports game do it
Because were talking EA here... jk lol. Its because NCAA is released anually, not just once like those shooters, and if they were to put everything they had into a single year, they would lose money
In Campus Legend, make transfering to different school an option
They should make something during halftime or pregame that shows a schools tradition(ex. dotting the i on Script Ohio during OSU home games,watching the cadets march on the field at army-navy games etc.). That would be a cooler feature than just sending you to the pause screen at the end of the half or to add something spicy to the pregame shows
How about the increasingly popular Shovel Pass... as much as I hate it, people are using it more and more.

I think EASPORTS should also bring back the pre-game warmups and predictions. They should also show the players and coaches running out from the locker rooms. I also agree that after halftime, a coaching update should be revealed . Stadium Pulse should also be brought back . All schools from every division should be able to be used , and campus legend should be better.

CPU Playcalling needs to be improved for the 5th year in a row, formation subs and create your own playbook need to be put back in. I have no idea why EA took those out.

I would like to see more detail on players, like towels, handwarmers for cold games, and when a player gets pulled down a certain way their pads get pulled out of their jerseys

More player detail and create a school. Also, if they wanna be really bold, playable FCS seasons with playoffs and you can get promoted if you do well enough.
I really like the players how they look on the game but why not at least make the fans, coaches, and players on the side line not look as well and it would be the coolest thing on the games if they had like updates better then the scores on the bottom of the games like halftime show and pre game show and give updates like " texas won the the stunning OT game to go to the BCS game" like make it like real life and the ratings in dynasty mode can they have them so at least they are close like they are in real life. Also if you aren't going to have it as a penalty then don't even have the player horse caller and what is up with the tackling like if you big hit someone straight on then they shouldn't be getting an extra 5 yards by having they player drag the defender for the 5 yards (harder hits) Go Huskers

I keep coming back for more on this game. The most important thing is the loading of the player rosters to reflect the known situation on the teams. Having correct jersey numbers, player stats, and rosters is killer for simulation of the season. Loading these things needs to be easier when updates become available.
I play XBox360 and have the following issues (I play USC in the LA Coliseum).
Now, some nit picks about EA Sports NCAA 2009 on XBox.
1. An error exists where the audio says "Welcome to Pasadena" when playing at "USC Field".
2. "USC Field" should be "Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum".
3. Traveller has been missing from the video game. To do appropriate videos in response to touchdowns, Traveller needs to be seen galloping around the field. Because several schools use horses, it would be appropriate to spend some budget to get the horses on the field.
4. USC lights the Coliseum torch at all home games between the 3rd and 4th Quarter by having Traveller and Tommy Trojan gallop around the field and symbolically light it.
5. USC Song Leaders are not in the game. Song Leaders ALWAYS appear in white uniforms with very specific look.
6. USC Marching Band also has very specific looks in the Stadium and on the field pre-game. While I know that the game is football, you can not do this game without acknowledging the importance of the college football band sections in the games. These sections are always visible in the stands and yet are NEVER seen in the video games. USC's student section and band are in the end-zone near the peristyle. The band should be part of the celebratory shots after touchdowns because they are frequently chosen by the ESPN/ABC/CBC/NBC directors as "reaction shots" to the touchdown. There are often also shots of the fans from each team. Usually one set is looking stunned and the other is partying.
7. Each college has areas where the opposing team's fans sit. The color scheme in the stadium sometimes lacks correct seating for the visitors sections. When actually sitting in the stadium these differences become more obvious.

Another USC customization...
The USC faithful crowd on campus for pregame and in the tailgates parked around the Coliseum.
When it's game time, the fans march across the campus, kick a set flag poles for good luck, and then go to the stadium en masse. The song leaders, TMB Director, and Trojan Marching Band lead the crowd to the stadium.

It would be nice that there wasnt such a disadvantage for the defensive awareness as i read an article before 09 came out saying there trying to appeal the "casual" market aka sell more copies and make money. i play online thats all i do and im tired of rookies throwing for 300yrds and scoring 45 points a game on even though i win. last yr was much better. i dont care about the "casual" market forget them if they suck at playin online thats there problem go to practice mode but online isnt for everyone dont penalize us the good players that like competition by making it easy to score and pass all over us good players just to make it fun for the "casual" player so theyll buy a copy STUPID. LAST i think they drastically enhanced the mismatch of a tall WR such as 6'4" and up over a smaller corner like 5'11" or less i know that tall WR are good in real life but how many can you name outside of Gregg Carr for FSU that dominate there corner no matter how short they are????? online if your USC you can do deep slants like a inside post route and push up on the left analog to throw it high and they will jump up and catch it EVERY SINGLE TIME no matter what you do. they need to demerit the taller WR a little bit to make it realistic and just base the catching ability and play ability based on the athlete in general not the height. so if you wanna score at will online this year just use a team with just a decent QB and really tall WR and throw it high and you will march downt he field all day long on every single drive this years game is disappointing to say the least who cares about the "casual" players let them play a dynasty against the computer let us die hard college football fans enjoy the competative best man wins online play which is what online was designed for not the "casual" players.

I say add division 2 schools and don't make superstar so easy..........i loved 2 see interveiws in the game with the players and speed them up they move so slow.............and about apperance we like 2 be smooth let the players get dirty sum time it's 2 neat let the backplate hang from under the shirt...........and when u see a player get a big hit let's see some trash talk and let his pants get dirty and let his shirt come out make it funner

Robo cop needs to be the first thing changed. Ea Sports also needs to work on having players play like their ratings. What i mean is that a wide reciever with a seventy five rating can make the same catch that wide reciever with a ninety rating can. also stop making speed the most important part of the game. If you have a guy who is a ninety seven for speed he is guranteed at least three touchdowns a game
Id like to see the addition of the pep talk at halftime by the coach. In real life this changes the teams style of play(get them pumped up/fix weaknesses) give the coach some options of how to go about his halftime speech to benefit his team
Also id like to see custom entrances where you can pick from different entrances( through smoke, out of a tunnel, interlocked together) along with your own choice of music or crowd cheers.....also id like to see field conditions affect play and more uniform choices in create a team
Also be able to change uniform styles every so often in dyansty( like after a good season)
Please EA SPORT make the new NCAA Football 2010 "REGION FREE".. I didn't understand why in Europe or Asia we can't play this game.
You don't have to distribute it also in Europe/Asia, just make it "REGION FREE", so that if anyone like to play the game can buy one copy from a US online shop.

I think above all these needed 2 b added in order
1 Div 2 school(no more northwest crap) and the abilty 2 name them and have them go pro how many nfl players played div 2 ball enough 2 have that option!
2 More accurate ratings(John Chiles,Tyrod Taylor, and Terelle Pryor spd was in da 80's come on man!)
3 Player should play like there ratings(passin QB shouldnt run any form of an option)
4 there should b an effective CPU runnin game
5 U should b able 2 use ur roster changes(names ratings etc.) in campus legend mode
6 I do feel like gimick things like mascout games and tug-a-war is a waste(if this game was perfect it would b different but 2 have so many other game play issues 2 devert time 2 other useless modes r a big waste)
6 somemore pre, during, and post game things should b added 2 give it a mor college feel 2 it so it doesnt get stale(if ur playin @ some of the bigger colleges it should feel that way and likewise playin @ sum lesser school should feel well less)
7 impact players in 08 made 2 much of in impact in 09 they made no impact there should b sum balance there(and there shouldnt have 2 b the same number of impact players for every school florida,lsu,oklahoma,usc,and etc just bring in more impact players than cal, notre dame,texastx)
8 more penatlies more added and more called during the game(when has the cpu gotten a delay r intentional grounding? r how many games r decide by a pass interference call?)
9 2 make the game more realistic no excessive celebration without being penatilzed which include the celebrating with the mascouts(which got old quick anyways) and driving in the endzone 4 no good reason

1.College Gameday to best game of the week in dynasty mode.

Several things....I would like to see create-a-school and FCS both brought back. Additionally, one of the best implementations in the 09 game was the custom music/sounds. I would love to see this expanded upon. For example, I would like a home teams custom sounds to play, even if you play as the road team. And I would also like clip options for taking the field, and the end of the game when the home team wins. Custom sounds are fantastic for bringing out college football's single biggest strength....it's atmosphere!

They need to put the florida shovel pass on the game also
I just want to see EA make this game realistic.I want them to stop settling for ok animations and game features and make the game great.EA needs to live up to their motto "If it's in the game it's in the game" because handwarmers,towels,measurements for first downs,pre-game shows,halftime shows,traditional entrances,locker rooms,coaches that actually coach are all in the real game and NOT in the videogame.I don't want to hear any excuses because if Madden 09 can have over 85 improvements then I know EA can do the same for NCAA football 2010.
Gameplay improvements:
1.Better physics,a 300lb lineman is not gonna get trucked by a 170lb player period,but a 300lb runningback is definitely trucking a 170lb defender.
2.More plays
3.More animations
4.As smooth as the animations are they could be smoother.
5.Campus Legend needs to be given some time.Anyone who plays sports games expects a mode where they can make themself in the game and live out a career,but Campus legend is a joke right now,though if EA would give it some attention and actually work on it it would be great.I mean,let us experience the life of a college football player just the way a real one will. (ex.being scouted,summer camp,Army All-American game,signing day,actually have a class.)
6.Improve the A.I.,the whole Madden IQ system didn't work like it was suppose to so it needs some fixin.
General improvements:
7.The ability to play as/against actual Division 1AA teams instead of generic named ones should be added.
8.Make use of the ESPN license,how about put College Gameday on the game as the pre-game show.Do something more for it then using it as a radio update.
Ignore #6 I got too caught up in the improvements the game needs that I forgot which one I was talking about,but the A.I. does need improvement.
