DSi U.S. Launch Date and Price Revealed?

he DSi may ship stateside in early April for $179.99. IGN reports that multiple sources close to Nintendo leaked the information. Nintendo has neither confirmed nor denied the rumor.

Nintendo’s DSi released in Japan last November and has gone on to sell more than one million units. Aside from losing its ability to playback Gameboy Advance games, the successor to the DS boasts a built-in camera, internal memory, an SD Card slot, and easier access to DSiWare, an online service which provides downloadable DSi games and content available over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

While we can’t vouch for the validity of this rumor, we will bring you more news as it breaks.
