Cartoon Network MMO Now Open For Business

artoon Network and partner Grigon Entertainment have officially flipped the switch on their new browser-based MMO, FusionFall. The game combines more than 50 popular characters from the network’s library—including Dexter’s Laboratory, Samurai Jack, The Powerpuff Girls—and puts them in a platform-based world with loads of character customization options. During the game’s beta phase, more than 2.5 million accounts were created.

“The response to FusionFall during our beta phase and sneak peek play weekends has been phenomenal,” said Chris Waldron, executive producer of FusionFall.  “We’re thrilled to finally offer fans the opportunity to fully explore the Cartoon Network universe online with friends and family.”

The game is subscription based, with pricing that starts at $5.95 per month. A family plan is also being offered at $9.95, which includes four accounts. Majesco is selling a boxed copy of the game that will be available in stores, which sells for $19.99 and packs in a four-month subscription.
