GTA 4 was poorly ported to the PC, and the securom, Windows Live, and Rockstar Games club, do the rest in slowing down the pc. Just think about it, to run 1 Program(GTA4) You need to launch 3 other programs.
Also, even if you turn your game details down to the minimum, it still stutters, and lets not talk about the memory leak problem.

Now seriously, if you have no idea what youre talking about, just shut the fuck up.

Yep, us PC gamers got a shitty port :( . I have a 2.4ghz Core2Duo 2gb ddr2 800 and a xfx 8800gt and i can only play it at medium-to-high settings with constant slow-downs ..

The websites that gave this a high rating or a perfect 10 obviously had greasy palms.
Worst radio, worst motorcycles, worst clothing, worst flying, worst FPS, worst EVERYTHING!

The city looks nice yes, but the whopping 20 FPS on a good system kills the experience. And 99% of the city is more useless than all the San Andreas country and desert put together. You cant enter hardly any buildings, theres nothing to do, even the amusement park that was advertised since the first trailer is dead.

You have to date men and women who bug you constantly while driving and the phone buttons are all tied into the car brake buttons. Wow... just a complete disaster.
