Advertising Operations Manager - (H/F), FR-IDF-Paris

Reports to: Director of Media Sales

Responsabilities:

Within the media sales department, you will be responsible for the operations & production for all advertising related projects.

Job description:

• Manage a team of 2 traffic managers
• Client and vendor relations
• Evaluation and implementation of ad serving and tracking technologies
• Project management and the development of new advertising formats on the site
• Advertising campaign implentation, management and optimisation

Experience:

• Eductation: 2+ years post-secondary
• Professional experience > 5 ans.
• Technical skills: HTML, JavaScript
• International experience a plus

Skills:

• Fluent English required
• Dynamic, well-organized and analytical
• Excellent knowledge of Open AdStream and/or other ad serving and tracking technologies
• Project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowlege of the Internet (web 2.0, RSS, blogs, social networks, video...),
• Standard desktop pllications (Word , Excel, PowerPoint), a strong knowledge Flash a plus.

You are an Expert Web Developer: DAILYMOTION NEEDS YOU!
Dailymotion, major actor of the video on Internet, is looking for web developers experts to integrate its team. You will take part in the development of the new functionalities as well on backend level as on frontend part.

you will have:

• To have at least an experience of 4 years in web developments, from agency or editor
• To have an expert knowledge of: PHP5, SQL (MySQL 5.0), Javascript, AJAX, CSS2, XHTML, HTTP and Atom.
• To have had a first approach with the Design Patterns and Web 2.0.
• To have a knowledge of the main differences between various browsers (IE 6+, Firefox win/mac/linux, Safari…).
• To have a knowledge of handling developments in strong load and strong growth environments, with high availability.
• To control the development using UNIX environment: SSH, Shell, Subversion. Work station environment remains to the user' suitability.
• To have a good English level (spoken and read)
• A very good capacity for team work

Following knowledge is an advantage:

• Programming Flash, Flash Server Communication
• Perl, SNMP, SOAP, XMLRPC, Java
