Stigall is in his fourth season in Philadelphia after a six-year tenure as a college scout with the Miami Dolphins. With the Eagles, Stigall concentrates his efforts in the Midwest region. He spent the 1999 season with the Chicago Bears as an intern in the player personnel department, working with both the pro and college scouting departments.
 
A four-year letterman as a running back for DePauw University in Indiana, Stigall earned all-conference and second team Division III All-America honors following his senior season in 1998. He earned a degree in sports science while minoring in education.
 
A native of Oxford, OH, he and his wife, Melissa, have a daughter and reside in Peoria, IL.
