Keith Fischer is in his seventh season as a member of the Eagles player personnel department and his fifth as a college scout. The 29-year old Fischer serves as a scout in the Northeast region. In 2004, Fischer worked as a college scouting assistant. He was a training camp intern with the Eagles in 2002 and a pro personnel intern in 2003.
 
Fischer earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Dickinson College in 2002. He was a four-year starter along the defensive line at the Division III program and finished his career ranked 2nd on the school's all-time sack list with 27.5. Along the way, Fischer earned All-America honors following his sophomore season in 1999. In 2002, Fischer earned the McAndrews Award for outstanding student-athlete at Dickinson.
 
Following his playing career, Fischer was a graduate assistant, coaching the defensive line at Dickinson in 2002.
 
A native of Far Hills, NJ, and a graduate of Bernardsville HS, Keith and his wife, Tara, have a son, Luke, and reside in Carlisle, PA.
