In order to complete your registration, you needed to follow a link in a confirmation email. This may have been put in your junk or bulk mail folder by your email provider. You can get this email sent again by attempting to log in with the username (not email) that you registered.
If you have already registered and need to reset your password or forgot your username, go to http://www.tvguide.com/FAP/PasswordReset.aspx and enter a previously registered email address. You’ll receive an email with your username. Follow the link in it to enter a new password.
If you had registered before September 12, 2006 and can’t log in with the same username as before, try to register it again. If it says the name is already taken, follow the process above to reset your password.
From the TV Listings page, click the "Edit Location" link, enter your zip code, and select your Cable or Satellite provider from the list by clicking the link for it.
