As a result people either quit, feeling their time has been wasted, since you just stop, and don't wish to waste more as you don't have enough to give, or people re-prioritize, usually for the worse. not everyone is like that, but i believe people to think it to be the norm - how much focus there is on the addicts, i'm not sure if it 'isn't' the norm - besides, people always get more caught up in whats bad, than what's good. people have a tendency to rather remember a f***-up, than something one has done well. people also have the tendency of acting like they know better when they don't (which may be why they rate without knowing or maybe without 'having' to know). try and relate with me here, if you ever have seen someone get hurt and people mass around you hear some of the dumbest shit... it's hilarious; for example, someone got hit in the nuts: some say ''lean forward, and tighten your stomach'' ''no, don't do that, the nuts are already inside the bodily cavity, he might crush them, try and pull them out'' ''stand on your head'' ''... what?'' ''drink milk!'' ''ok, wtf, seriously''. i've ended up using the term ''people'' for those who do this kind of stuff and don't realize it. it's a sort of love-hate relationship i have with them: i hate them for being so ignorant at times, but i love how they make me laugh, and this will seem audacious, but it's hard not to feel superior when you hear that stuff. I don't use ''some'' people because it's the general public that is like this, it's hard to notice, and it's usually not so bad, it's perfectly human, but i just hate it when they let it get the better of them. but hating blizzard? blizzard is a mark of quality, i suppose hating them must come from the same hate directed at wow.

I know you haven't hit 60 before the burning crusade, 70 in TBC, or 80 in WotLK. It's not the hardest game in the world but arena's and raid's, two of the MAIN endgame WoW has to offer, definitely are not a walk in the park. i hate wow so much, they totally suck at balancing, honestly that game is pve, not pvp. they suck at making good pvp, it was either war/rouge/druid entire arena seasons. i had a hunter, feral and ret pally and never got a decent enough buff to stay with the top players. got 2.2k on ea char, but that was literally hell to do, while war/rog/druid got it ezmode in 2 days

The game still is not worth playing. I left after PVP in BC got so frustrating I couldn't play it anymore. There is no incentive to play WoW anymore. PVP gets dull because of AFKs, raids are pointless now since the gear gets replaced instantly with the release of a new expansion...need I say more?
