SPECIAL NOTICE ON AVAILABILTY OF INAUGURATION TICKETS
Like
most other Congressional offices, we have experienced an unprecedented
demand for inauguration tickets following the election of Senator
Barack Obama to the Presidency. As a result, it is very unlikely
that our office will be able to provide tickets for the inaugural
swearing-in ceremony for the vast majority of those who request
tickets. If the number of tickets made available to each
Congressional office is similar to the numbers in past years, we are
already heavily over-subscribed. Residents of the Fourth
Congressional District who wish to have their names placed on a waiting
list in the event additional tickets are made available, may do so by
calling one of our offices or sending an email. But, again,
while we would like to offer as many people as possible the opportunity
to be present at this historic event, it is highly unlikely at this
point that we will be able to accommodate any additional requests.
