My workout regime:
After childbirth, I put on weight and got stuck with it. I panicked and after one month of hitting the gym with a good trainer, the metabolism started kicking. I am too lazy to continue with workouts. I have a bad back and knee problem, so I practice yoga. I don’t understand this concept of size zero. I am happy and comfortable the way I am.

My daily diet:
I eat healthy with plenty of greens, fruits and nutritious vegetables. My diet consists of less greasy fare and it is more for the well-being. No junk food for me — I am totally away from it. I consume lots of water for a glowing skin and avoid intake of aerated drinks. Besides, my son Ranvir keeps me on my toes.

My happiness quotient:
At present, everything revolves around my child. It gives me immense pleasure to watch his antics and see him learn something new everyday.

My idea of relaxation:
Reading — I love to read books and the subject depends on my moods. Anything from self-help, action, mystery to romantic novels as long as the language is amazing, reading helps me to alleviate any situation.
