Fracture Multiplayer Hands-On Impressions & Developer Interview
Recently I had the chance to sit down for a few hours with LucasArts’ upcoming third-person shooter, Fracture, specifically its multiplayer across three maps and four modes. It was fun in the sense that almost all competitive multiplayer games are entertaining enough the first time you play them. Now we've finally got the fully fledged sequel, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2.

Jonny Ebert, the Principal Producer, finally dismissed all this as garbled, retarded barking it was, simply and calmly replying, "Look, DoW II is going to have 40 per cent more boom."

It may be too early to tell if 40 per cent more boom is precisely the right margin but there's definitely some sort of boom ratio improvement going on...

BUZZ! Quiz TV (PS3)
What series of quiz games have topped the charts as one of world's best selling party titles on the Playstation 2? If you answered BUZZ! , you'd be correct. After six key releases on the PS2 in only three short years, BUZZ! is finally making the jump to new platforms. This winter we have been treated to the simultaneous release of BUZZ! on both the PSP and a PS3.
