When you submit sensitive information via our web site, your information is encrypted with the very latest encryption software currently available to the industry. Additionally, our systems have been verified by Visa to be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. You may also use internet banking to pay by direct credit, or phone us with your credit card details. If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so from our offices in Albany, Auckland. These options will be presented to you in the Checkout.

What are the shipping rates?

Free Freight Offer: Simply spend over $49.95 on games, books, DVDs and music CDs and you will automatically qualify for free courier delivery anywhere in New Zealand! (Note: Due to their large size, certain items such as gaming hardware may be excluded from this special offer.)

How long will my order take to arrive?

We are able to deliver in-stock items within 1-2 business days from time of dispatch around New Zealand. Please note: Deliveries to rural addresses may take an extra day or two.

How do I gift-wrap items in my order?

Tick the "gift-wrap this item" checkbox under the items you want wrapped, and click "Update". All small-sized items may be gift-wrapped for $7.00 per item, and a gift-note may be added during the Checkout process for $3.00 per item.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping trolley?

Change the number in the box next to that item and click the "Update" button.
